1 Day Queen Elizabeth National Park Safari: After an early breakfast at your hotel, connect with your guide and make your way to Queen Elizabeth National Park. On reaching, head out for a morning game drive in the Kasenyi plains. This area is well known for lion sightings, Uganda kobs, elephants, and buffaloes among other animal species. It should be noted that the park is home to over 60 mammal species, so get ready to spot several wildlife species during your game drive in Queen Elizabeth National Park. During the morning drive, watch out for the herbivores as they come from their night hiding spots to get to the plains to catch their first bite of the day. Return to the lodge for leisure and lunch. Later on, participate in a boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel, which connects Lake George and Lake Edward and is home to over 50 bird species and has one of the highest concentrations of hippos in Africa. During the cruise, you may also see crocodiles, elephants, buffalo, and numerous bird species along the shoreline. After the cruise, you will embark on your evening game drive, which will give you the chance to watch carnivores and other species that you might have missed out on. After the experience, you will be dropped off at your hotel, and this will mark the end of your 1 day queen Elizabeth safari experience.
