Day 1: Transfer to Mgahinga National Park
Depending on your location in Kigali city, you will be picked by your guide to transfer you to Mgahinga National Park where you will get to participate in gorilla trekking in Uganda. Before you transfer to the park, you can participate in the Kigali city tour where you will access a number of destinations from the Kigali genocide memorial museum to help you understand more about the Rwanda genocide which changed the lives of Rwanda with the death of about 1,000,000 Rwandans in 1994 you will also get to visit a number of different historical destinations which will give travellers the chance to understand more about the home to 1000 hills. After the Kigali city tour, you will get to transfer to Mgahinga National Park, where you will get to make your way to your hotel check-in for dinner, and overnight stay.
Day 2: Mount Sabyinyo hike and departure
After an early morning breakfast at your hotel with your packed lunch, you will make your way to hike Mount Sabyinyo which will give you the chance to watch a number of different attractions for your rewarding safari experience. The hike will give you exceptional views of different attractions in the wild as you enjoy the hike through the forest discovering a number of hidden gems at the summit of the mountain, you will be in three countries, Uganda, Rwanda, and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
