Day 1: Transfer from Nairobi to Lake Nakuru National Park
At an agreed location in Nairobi city, make your way to Lake Nakuru National Park. The drive will take you about 3 hours to access the park, and this will give you the chance to enjoy several rewarding attractions and features, such as the different mammal species, such as the oribi and gazelles. On getting to the park, you will participate in the short game drive on your way to the hotel. This drive will be along the lake shores to watch the flamingos, waterbucks, zebras, rhinos, hyenas, lions, leopards, and other animal and water bird species. After the experience, you will make your way to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 2: Full day game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park
Make your way to the park’s plains to participate in the full-day game drive. You should start your safari as early as 5:00 am to enjoy spotting some nocturnal species as they set out to catch their prey in the wild.
