Day 1: Transfer to Volcanoes national park
On this day, you will be picked up from your hotel of residence at 1pm to participate in a Kigali city tour where you will visit a number of destinations like the Kigali to understand more about the culture of the people of Rwanda. After the city tour, you will make your way to the park where you will arrive and check into your hotel for dinner and overnight stay at Amikus hotel (budget)
Day 2: Gorilla trekking in Rwanda
After an early morning breakfast at your hotel, you will be picked up from your hotel. our guide will meet you after having your breakfast and your lunches packed and he will take you to Kinigi Headquarters, where you are expected to be given a brief before starting the gorilla trek. This brief is done at 7 am. You are given guidelines during this brief before you are allowed to start the trek. This gorilla trek can take to about 2 hours- 7 hours depending in the species which you will get to spend an hour with them observing a number of their rewarding features including how they go about their daily activities from watching the leaders of the group, the silverbacks who have all the mating rights with all the females of the group. Take pictures of the species, ask questions about their behavior in the wild and later transfer back to your starting point to connect with your guide after your one hour with the species elapses. Dinner and overnight stay as the night before.

Day 3: Explore the Musanze caves and drop off in Kigali city
After an early morning breakfast at your hotel, you will make your way to the park to participate in the exploration of musanze caves which have a unique cultural significance in Rwanda. The caves were used as the coronation grounds for the kings of Rwanda and during the 1994 Rwanda genocide where over a million of Rwandans were killed. After the experience, you will head back to Kigali city where you will be dropped off at a location of your choice and the end of your 2 days Rwanda gorillas and musanze caves safari.
