Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Drive to Tarangire National Park
Upon arrival in Arusha town, you will be met by your driver guide, a representative of our company who will then transfer you to Tarangire National Park. the journey to the park is filled with a number of different attractions/ features that can be seen from the beautiful smiles on the people of Tanzania as you passby them, you will watch a number of different homesteads and many other rewarding features. On reaching the park, you will have lunch at your hotel or at any picnic spot and after you will embark on the afternoon game drive which will give you access to a number of different attractions especially the leopards, lions coming out from their hiding spots in order to catch their prey the herbivores in the wild as they catch their last bite for the day. After the safari experience, you will head back to your hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2: Drive to Serengeti National Park
After an early morning breakfast at your hotel, you will checkout of your lodge and transfer to Serengeti national park through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. While on the journey to the park, you will watch the Maasai homeland inhabited by the Maasai people that are permitted to stay in the park. These people have a unique culture that is still authentic to them. During the drive to the park, you will have the opportunity to watch a number of different animal species like the giraffes, zebras, elands, gazelles and many other herbivore, you will also watch the unending plains of the Serengeti perfect for photography.
When you arrive in the park, participate in a game drive, the late game drive is the perfect opportunity to watch the big cats as they go about their hunting and the most prominent cats that can be seen are the lion in their different prides.
Day 3: Morning game drive in Serengeti National Park and Departure
Wake up and enjoy a relaxed breakfast, checkout of your hotel and then transfer to the park to participate on the last game drive of your 3 days big cats safari in Tanzania. After the experience, you will be driven to Seronera Airstrip for your flight back to Arusha Airport. During the flight, there are a number of attractions that you will watch from the different bird species, a number of herbivores grazing within the plains and many other attractions. You will land at the airport to catch your next flight home which marks the end of your Tanzania safari.
