Day 1: Transfer to Akagera national park and Ihema Boat Cruise. 

You will be met by your driver guide at your agreed location in Kigali to transfer to Akagera national park where you will arrive in time to embark in the boat cruise on Lake Ihema which will give you an amazing safari experience while participating in your Rwanda safari. Enjoy the boat rides on lake ihema by either participating in the day boat cruise or the evening boat cruise for travellers interested in watching the sun set for a rewarding safari experience. during the boat cruise you will get to watch a number like hippopotamuses, Crocodiles and many bird species like the endangered shoe bill stork, African King fishers catching their prey from the Lake that live around the lake and the surrounding swamps. Interesting about the boat cruise after your safari experience you will have a drive around the park as you head to the exit which will give you a chance to have a brief game drive in Akagera national park which will give you a number of rewarding views of the different attractions in the wild like the carnivores catching their prey and many other attractions for a rewarding safari experience. After the rewarding encounter your driver/guide will drive back to Kigali having lunch en-route and later be dropped off at a hotel of your choice in Kigali City or Kigali international airport in case you have a flight to catch back home.
